SCHOOL RULES & REGULATIONS

SCHOOL DISCIPLINE

1) The school lays as much emphasis on character formation, as on excellence in all school subjects. Great stress is laid on punctuality, regular attendance and discipline. Absence without prior permission on the first day of class after any vacation, is considered a serious offence. In case of new admission, pupils are liable to lose their seats, if they fail to report within a week after the school re-opens in June.
2) Every student must be in school five minutes before the first bell. If pupils are late, they are liable to be sent home, at the parent’s risk. No child is permitted to leave the school premises during the recess or otherwise, expect with the permission of the Principal. The school will not be held responsible if children are found missing after the school hours.
3) Children should take special care of the school property i.e. furniture, Library books, apparatus etc. Anybody found responsible for damaging the school property need to compensate back. It is their responsibility to keep the school premises clean.
4) Pupils are answerable to the school authorities for their conduct both in school and outside. Pupils shall always greet teachers, elders and friends in a pleasant manner. They shall be polite in speaking and must avoid the use of slang and impolite expressions. They ought to conduct themselves in a manner worthy of the dignity of a civilized human being. Misbehaviour justifies dismissal.
5) English is the official medium of communication in the school premises. All students need to follow that.
6) Students found indulged in any indiscipline activity like ragging, infighting, mis-behaviour, forming association and teasing in the school premises or school bus may end up with a minimum suspension of 10 days to Expulsion from School in maximum.

RULES & REGULATIONS

After thorough scrutinisation, the following few guidelines are liberally framed to inculcate discipline among the students. Parents / Guardians are requested to follow the same for the day-to-day smooth functioning of the school.
1.Students must be on time to school.
2.Students should be neatly dressed up in complete school uniform.
3.Their hair should be combed properly, nails are neatly trimmed & shoes, well polished with brush.
4.Tiffin, water bottle and school diary must be sent regularly.
5.Communication to be made through the school dairy only.
6.No phone calls shall be entertained unless it is very urgent, make your conversation short & to the point.
7.Class teachers will meet the parents on the days fixed (PTM).
8.Teachers should not be disturbed when they get to join Morning Assembly or during breaktime.
9.Teachers to be respected and no harsh and disrespectful words to be used in the presence of the wards/students.
10.Report to the concerned authority for any complaint (preferably in writing) as follows.
a) Teaching -learning-Class teachers / Subject teachers / Principal /H.M./ Academic Supervisor.
b) Fees & Financial areas – Accounts Person.
c) General Information – H.M. / Academic Supervisor / P.R.O.
d) Transport – Transport in charge.
e) Tours, Activities, Games & Sports – H.M. /Activity in charge & Class Teachers.
11 Be in time to leave & receive your ward at the entrance gate of the school.
12. Prepare your wards as per annual plan given in advance & do not miss participating Parent-Teacher meetings.
13. In case of any delay in reaching home or emergency, do not panic but try to keep patience.
14. Sometimes school may have to be shut down in emergency Like Bandh etc. Try to help the school by coming & picking up your ward safely.
15. Send only authorized persons to receive your children.
16. The authorized person / personal vehicle driver as the case may be, must know the actual name of the child with class & section so that the teachers may hand over to the right person.
17. After writing remarks/ messages for teachers/Academic Supervisor/Head Mistress/Head Master through the school diary, ensure that your child shows the same to the correct person so as to get immediate action.
18. Discourage your children to play on the road or go to their friend’s homes directly from school without your prior knowledge.
19. Ask your children to take care of their books & copies and not to tear pages. See that they are well covered & labeled. Let them carry only the required things as per the time table.
20. Check the school bag before & after school. See the school diary for information (if any).
21. Write the full address, phone No., blood group in the school dairy.
22. Ask your children to wish their teachers wherever they see them, See that they are confident, cheerful & well mannered with good conduct.

23. Be polite to every one in school if you want the same in return.
24. It is compulsory for the students to bring H.B. Pencils and fountain pens with them-No gel pens are allowed.
25. Please ensure to make payments of tuition fee. transport fee and any other fees payable to school on or before the due date.
26. Class room teaching should be encouraged and private tuition to be discouraged.
27. Cycles are to be kept locked. School shall not take any responsibility for any loss. Students are restricted to come with 2-wheeler vehicles.
28. Cell phones are strictly prohibited in the school and any body found with the same shall be dealt seriously.
29. Wearing costly Accessories / Jewelleries are not allowed in the school.
30. Wearing sweater / Blazer in the winter is compulsory.
31. The school timing in Summer and Winter may change as per the requirement and norms of State Govt. and District Administration.



FEE RULES

1. School fees are payable for full 12 months of the year.
2. Tuition fees and other fees may be increased every year and intimated at the beginning of session.
3. Fee is to be paid in cash only in school fee counter or school Bank counter or through Online Banking mode.
4. Fees must be paid before the 10th of each month. In case of default, fine as per rule will be charged till the date, fee is paid.
5. A child’s name may be struck off the school’s roll without warning for Non-payment of school dues for consecutive 3 months.
6. Fees will have to be paid as long as the pupil’s name is on the roll.
7. Only those pupils who have paid all school fees are permitted to appear for the regular examinations.
8. No deduction in the fees shall be made for pupils coming late to school after vacations, nor shall any reduction be made for broken intermittent periods of absence.
9. The readmission will be made after making the full payment of dues along with fine as per rule.
